Nitrogen gas assisted injection introduction  

 

Gas assisted injection is the medium for precise and virtually instaneous transmission of pressure . Continuous hollow channels formed by gas within a molding enable pressure , controlled at source , to be transmitted evenly throughout a molding during filling and compacting of the plastic . Before open the mold , release the nitrogen gas to the air . 1 Improves product quality, Eliminating sink marks, Reducing distortion and flow marks  2 Reducing material weight.  3 Reducing production time cycles.   4. Less wear on molds,   prolong the tooling life.  

 

 

Gas assisted injection is injecting the gas into the mold by gas and controller ,the mold temperature rise quickly and  equably，after the production finishing ,stop gas injection before opening the mold ,the mold temperature drop equably and the gas enter into the recyle boiler by the tract.
